Brinjal, salt, pepper and garlic only ...

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. take 4 small brinjals
give four cuts per brinjals. pour some salt, pepper and smashed garlic in the space between the slices and just fry it in low flame on a pan with a little bit of oil for 15 min.
Serve it with chapati and curd.
