Simple vegetable (beef) soup

2 large potatoes

1 cup green beans

1/2 cup peas

1 cup carrots

1/2 cup celery

4 cloves garlic

1 jar spaghetti sauce (I use Simply Natural Organic Tomato and Basil) - 739 ml

2 Cartons no sodium chicken broth - 900 ml

Your choice of spices (I add oregano, margoram, parsley, salt, pepper, sage, garlic powder, no basil because the sauce has lots)

2 pounds stewing beef (Optional, add extra veggies if you don't want it)

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Cut up veggies into bite size pieces

2. Add all ingredients to a pot (except beef if using it)

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until veggies are tender, 30 min to an hour depending on your preference.

4. If adding beef, brown the beef and add it in.

5. Note: Use less garlic if you aren't a garlic fan. I also use about a tablespoon of each spices so adjust depending on the flavour you like. Also, have fun! Change around the veggies, add more or less if you like.
