Wheat Flour
Onion
Green Chilli
Coriander
Salt
Oil

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Finely chop onion, green chilly and coriander

2. Add the above chopped ingredients in wheat flour along with some salt. Mix them well.

3. Add sufficient quantity of water and knead the dough

4. Dont knead it too much, the dough should be stiff

5. Divide the dough into equal portions. Take one portion and flatten it using a rolling pin

6. Slightly roast it on both sides on hot tawa. Take it off the flame and flatten it again using a rolling pin

7. The Koki should be a lttle thick just like a paratha so do not flatten it too much.

8. Roast it on hot tawa on hot flame and occasionally put 2-3 spoons of oil till it becomes golden brown

9. The Koki is ready!!!
