Skillet pork chops with peaches

2 tsp olive oil
2 center-cut bonless pork loin chops. trimmed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 peach cut into 8 wedges
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp honey
1 tsp butter

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to pan and cook for 3 minutes one each side or until done. Remove chops from pan and keep warm.

2. Add thyme and peaches to pan; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in wine, scrapping pan to loosen browned bits; bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in broth and honey, bring to a boil again and cook for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat, stir in butter.

3. Spoon sauce over pork.
