Slow Cooker Ribs of Michelle - Recipefy

4 pounds country ribs
2 cups BBQ sauce (we like Open Pit)
1 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Season ribs with salt and pepper.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flip and bake for 10-15 minutes more (we did 15 minutes on each side this last time and they were a bit dry - they cook for 8 hours in the crock pot so no need to overdo it here).

4. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

5. Put the ribs in the slow cooker and cover with the sauce.

6. Flip to coat and cook on low for 8 hours.
