Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken of Kelly Snyder - Recipefy

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can low sodium cream of chicken soup
1 can low sodium black beans, rinsed
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 cup salsa
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
Garlic powder to taste
1 cup sour cream
Brown rice, cooked according to packaged directions
Cilantro, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar-jack for topping

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 360 min

1. Put chicken, soup, beans, onion, and salsa in slow cooker. Sprinkle seasonings over everything.

2. Cook on low for 6 hours.

3. Remove the chicken and shred. Return chicken to the slow cooker. Stir in sour cream and heat just until everything is combined.

4. Serve over brown rice and top with cilantro, green onions and cheese.
