Sophie's super crepés!

1/2 litre milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2-3 tablespoons oil
12 tablespoon (heaped) plain flour

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Put all ingredients into a liqidiser and mix well

2. Heat a non stick flat crepé pan

3. Pour enough mixture into the heated pan to line the base

4. Flip when underside is golden brown and do the same to top side until done

5. Suggested fillings:
Lemon & sugar
Chocolate spread
Stewed apples
Fresh cream
Ice cream
