Spaghetti alla Matriciana of Ztere0 - Recipefy

250 gr spaghetti (125 gr per serving)
200 gr bacon
250 gr crushed tomato
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
100 ml white wine
chopped parsley
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Prep. Time → 7 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. Prepare a saucepan with water and salt. Put on the fire with high heat (do not use a lot of salt, bacon already has salt)

2. Cut the bacon in small tacos (not too small) and cut up the onion and garlic. When everything is cutted, we already have the water boiling to introduce the pasta in the saucepan.

3. In a separate frying pan heat a little oil and gild the onion and garlic, and later add the bacon cutted in "small cube" pieces. A minute later, add the white wine. After a while, 2 minutes more or less, we have to add the the crushed tomato, the salt, the black pepper and cook everything during 7-8 minutes.

4. When the pasta is missing a minute to be just right, drain it, and move the pasta to the frying pan with the sauce that we have already cooked. Mix well all with high heat half a minute, and it is ready to serve.
