Spaghetti bolgnaise sauce

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
500g minced beef
1 capsicum, chopped
8-10 mushrooms, sliced
1 carrot grated
1 bottle passata (tomato sauce)
seasonings

1. soften onion in olive oil over medium heat
add mince and garlic,stir til browned
add capsicum, mushrooms, carrot
season with salt, pepper, italian herbs, dash worcestershire sauce
add passata
simmer for half an hour or longer
