Spaghetti bolognese

500g - Minced Beef (Lean)
400g - Tomatoes, chopped
100g - Onion, chopped
300g - Mushrooms, button
1 Tablespoon (15g) - Tomato Puree
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 45 min
1. Fry the onions, add the mushrooms to soften then remove.
2. Fry the Lean Minced Beef, drain fat if necessary, return the fried vegetables and add the tomatoes.
3. Cook down for as long as it takes to cook the spaghetti. Bring it back to heat through again, and serve immediately with spaghetti.
4. Garnish with cheese if liked.
