2lb of mixed fish, such as cod, samlmon and prawns.
1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper,
de- seeded and sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500g jar spicy tomato sauce.

Prep. Time → 15 min min

Cook Time → 35 min min

1. Preheat the oven to 180
Cut the cod and salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces
and shell the prawns if necessary, leaving the
tails on some of them.
Toss the peppers in the oil.

2. Put the fish and peppers in an oven-proof
casserole and add the tomato sauce.

3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
