1 Lb 13 Oz Can of Peach Halves
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Whole Cloves
1 Tablespoon Whole Allspice
2 Cinnamon Sticks

1. Tie spices together in a cheesecloth bag.
Drain juice from peaches into a kettle.
Add sugar, vinegar, and spice bag to the juice. Boil for 10 minutes, add peaches, and cook for five minutes, or until peaches are heated through.
Remove spice bag.
Place peaches into large jars and cover with liquid.
Seal and regfrigerate.
