Spicy austrailian sausage

4 or 5 decent sausages, 1 tin of Baked Beans, 1 jar of tomato pasta sauce (Loyd Grosman ones are good) 1 onion, 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder (mild) 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of worcester sauce, 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Rice or Jacket Potatoe

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Put the sausages in a saucepan of water with a little salt and bring to the boil, simmer for up to 10 mins on a low heat.

2. While sausages are simmering slice the onion thinly and use the olive oil to fry then add the curry powder to finish them off, stirring in fully.

3. Add the baked beans and tomato pasta sauce to the onions and stir to mix, then add in the Soy sauce and Worcester sauce and again mix in thoroughly.

4. Remove sausages from water after 10 mins, let them cool then carefully peel off the skins from them and cut into slices (chunky if u want) and add and stir into the sauce mix

5. Either serve on rice or jacket potatoes ( bottle of beer is optional )

6. Enjoy
