Spinach and artichoke casserole

1-9 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained
3-10 oz. pkgs. Chopped Spinach, water squeezed out
8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. mayonnaise
4 T. Butter
6 T. milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ c. Parmesan Cheese

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. Layer drained artichokes and spinach in a 3-qt. casserole dish. Season the spinach with salt and pepper to taste. With an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise and butter until light and fluffy, gradually beat in milk. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the spinach and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

2. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 – 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
