Spinach egg scramble

Eggs-2
Spinach-3 tbslpn chopped
Onion-2 tblpsn chopped
Oil
Salt
Directions
1. Beat eggs using a whisk adding enough salt.Keep aside.
2. Heat 1 tblpsn oil in a pan and add chopped onion and spinach.Saute for few seconds.Add little more salt if needed.Then add eggs and saute continuously and scramble them.Once done,remove from fire and serve hot.
