2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup milk 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup onion, minced 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups cooked rice 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

1. Mix all ingredients well and turn into a greased 8x8 casserole pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
