2lbs of steak meat cut into small strips ( I used half sirloin and half ribeye)
6-8 green onions chopped
6-8 mushrooms sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbps olive oil
salt
pepper
1/4 tsp smoked chipotle powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp marjoram
3 tbsp unsalted butter
8oz can tomato sauce
1 cup low sodium beef stock
8oz spaghetti noodles
1 tbps Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ketchup

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 45 min

1. Put the olive oil and 1tbps of the butter in a big skillet and let it heat up while you cut the steak.

2. Season the steak meat with a pinch or two of salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Chop the onions, mushroom, and garlic. Add the steak meat to the hot skillet and add the chipotle powder and paprika, let it brown stirring occasionally.

3. After its been in the skillet for 5 min or so add the mushrooms and another pinch of salt, turn the heat to medium low and cook until the mushrooms give up some liquid and start to brown. Add green onion and garlic, let it cook for a couple minutes.

4. Add the last 2tbsp butter, tomato sauce, beef stock, basil, oregano, marjoram, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and turn on low, cover and let simmer while you boil a pot of water and cook the noodles.

5. Serve over top of the noodles add fresh grated parmesan cheese if you want and enjoy!
