Stove-top lasagna

5 lasagna noodle
3oz muenster cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 TBL tomato paste
1 large chicken breast
1 cup red wine
1 small can corn
garlic powder(to taste)
onion powder(to taste)
pepper(to taste)
2 TBL olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. (In a large skillet pan) cut one large chicken breast up into one inch cubes, saute in olive oil, season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder.

2. Add chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, and red wine. Bring to a light boil.

3. Break lasagna noodles into 2 inch pieces. Add uncooked lasagna pieces to the broth.

4. Stirring gently mix in corn, tomato paste and muenster cheese

5. Simmer until noodles are tender

6. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top
