Strawberry, pineapple and raspberry yoghurt and shortbread sundae

1 large wine or sundae glass
5 strawberries chopped
1 slice of fresh pineapple chopped
handful of fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon of sweetener
1 tub of flavoured fat free yoghurt
1/5 of a 100 calorie shortbread pack – (1 syn) (Use a similar in syn value biscuit, you don’t need much, half a biscuit will do)
Prep. Time → 5 min
1. Method
Layer your wine/sundae glass with Strawberries sprinkle with the sweetener
Add a layer of pineapple
Top with the yoghurt
Add the raspberries to the top of the yoghurt
and then sprinkle with the biscuits roughly crushed into small pieces
a yummy low syn dessert
