Fresh assorted fruit from Kroger (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
Spinach
1 pound of chicken
Low mozzarella cheese
Panera poppyseed salad dressing

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder to taste. Spray pan with zero calorie non stick spray. Cook until done.

2. Cut chicken into 3 oz servings, add one serving of dressing, one serving of cheese, 2 medium size strawberries, one black or blue berry.

3. 3 oz of chicken= 26 g protein, 1 g fat
1 serving of salad dressing= 7 g carb
1 serving of cheese= 8 g protein, 4 g carb
fruit (2 strawberries)= 3 carbs

4. Total: 33 g protein, 14 carbs, 1 g fat
