Artichokes, stuffing (bread crumbs, Parmesan, red pepper flake, mint, parsley, artichoke stems, lemon zest, lemon, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, salt)

Cook Time → 20 min
1. clean artichokes making sure to douse in acidulated water frequently to prevent browning
2. make stuffing mixing olive oil last until it becomes a paste
3. fill chokes and btb, rts in mixture of the acidic water, white wine, and water which comes about halfway up the chokes.
4. cook for 20 minutes until fork tender
