Stuffed chicken wrapped in parma ham with tomatoes on the stem

2 chicken breasts
4 slices of parma ham
3 desert spoons of philadelphia
any seasoning YOU like
baby tomatoes on a stem

1. set oven to 200 degrees.

2. slice the chicken breasts almost in half through the middle so that it opens up like a butterfly, then start the filling.

3. for the filling mix the philadelph and your seasoning together and using a teaspoon dollop the mix lightly on the center of the butterfly chicken breast and fold together.

4. wrap the chicken in 2 pieces of parma ham and use a few skewers or cocktail stick to seal it all up. Pop in oven for 25 to 30 mins turning it over when the up side gets crispy.

5. pop a bit of oil or butter in a pan and put on high heat, sizzle the tomatoes until soft and hopefully on the stem!
