Stuffed Mushrooms of Evan Dixon - Recipefy

4 large closed cup mushrooms
2 spring onions ( A.K.A. scallions)
1/2 a cup feta or any other soft cheese
A few sprigs of parsley ( to decorate)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Cut the stalks off the mushrooms and hollow out the main part.

2. Place in the spring onions and the cheese.

3. Put the stalks back on and place in the oven, at a moderate heat for roughly 10 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley.
