Super fudgy brownies

8 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares
4 cups sugar
8 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pound butter
12 ounces chocolate chips

1. Notes: Full recipe makes a commercial 1/2 sheet baking pan. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Melt Chocolate and butter together in a 4 qt. saucepan over low heat. stirring.

3. When melted, turn the heat off and add the sugar and stir in until sugar is dissolved.

4. Mix in eggs one at a time, stirring quickly after each addition.

5. Mix in flour and vanilla.

6. Grease and flour pan.

7. Spread 1/2 of filling in pan put on 1/2 of Chocolate chips.

8. Spoon rest of batter on top. (Need not be smooth.)

9. Sprinkle the rest of the chips on top.

10. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. The top should be slightly jiggly. If runny bake a few more minutes.

11. Cool and freeze for about 1 hour before cutting.
