Tandoori chicken (whole) of Moumita - Recipefy

Whole chicken skinless
Lime juice
Tandoori masala
Ginger garlic paste
Red chili powder
Paprika

1. Take a knife and make slits in the whole chicken.
Apply salt and lime juice to the chicken and leave it for 15 mins.
Add tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, paprika (optional), oil to the chicken and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the toaster over put the setting to “roast” and leave the chicken to roast for an hour. Turn the chicken midway through cooking. Check after an hour and put for additional time if required( depending on the size of the chicken)
Slice onions, pepper, few green chilies. Add oil and sauté them in a pan Add little salt and chaat masala to it when halfway done.
This goes well with the chicken.
