For Tandoori Masala
5 Nos Cloves
1/2 Sticks Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cardamom Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Methi Seeds
1/2 tsp Ajwain
For Marinating Paste:
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Curd
2 Tbsp Dry Roasted Besan
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Ground Masala
500 Gram Gobhi

Prep. Time → 35 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1.First grind Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Nutmeg Powder, Dry Ginger Powder, Coriander Powder, Methi Seeds and Ajwain to prepare a masala.Tandoori Gobhi
Prepare Marinating Paste:
1.In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, Curd, Dry Roasted Besan, Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Salt. Whisk thoroughly.Tandoori Gobhi
2.Add the tandoori masala to the paste and whisk well.Tandoori Gobhi
3.Put the Gobhi into the bowl and thoroughly coat it with the mixture.Tandoori Gobhi
4.Marinate for 15 minutes.
5.After marination grill it for about 20-25 minutes at 220 degree C.
6.Serve Tandoori gobhi hot along with green chutney.Tandoori Gobhi
