Terre's chicken enchilada casserole

1 boned chicken
2 cans, Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint (16 oz), Sour Cream
3 chopped onions (sauteed)
1 can green chiles
1 shake, garlic powder and pepper

1 to 1 1/2 dry corn tortillas
Monterey Jack or Mozerella Cheese, thinly slice or shredded

1. Grease two casserole dishes or one 13x9 pan.

2. Mix the chicken, soup, sour cream, onions, green chiles, and spices together.

3. Layer the mixture with tortillas and cheese, alternating chicken mixture, then
tortillas, then chicken, then cheese, etc.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes

5. Alternatively, microwave at 70-80% power for 15-20 minutes
