Thai peanut chili vinaigrette

Ingredients for 6 people
4 tsp. real peanut butter, creamy or chunky
2 T. water
2 T. pure maple syrup (or honey, agave, etc.)
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions
1. Blend in a Nutri-Bullet or whisk ingredients together until combined.
2. Serve with any type of Oriental kale or lettuce salad. Great dipping sauce too!
