The no-fuss classic meat loaf

3/4 cup onions (diced)
2 pounds ground beef (low fat) or beef & pork mixture
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup mustard (I like a smaller amount, about a tablespoon)
2 eggs beaten
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (itailian)
salt & pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. 1.) Preaheat the oven to 350 degrees

2. 2.) In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

3. 3.) Add salt & pepper as you prefer.

4. 4.) Place the mixture into your meat loaf pans. Pleace in the oven and cook for 60 minutes.

5. 5.) For easy glaze you can top the loaf with barbecue sauce or ketchup half the way through cooking.

6. 6.) Serve & enjoy
