Toast fingers

1-2 pkgs. cocktail bread, or slice bread into 3 "fingers", remove crust
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons dry mustard
2 Tablespoons grated onion

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 250/broiler min

1. Bake bread until crisp in 250 degree oven.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and onion together thoroughly and pile on toast fingers. Run under broiler until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
