Ingredients
1 cup butter 1 1/3 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. Light corn sugar 2 Tbsp. Water 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla ½ cup chocolate chips or 4 chocolate candy bars ½ cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
1. In 2 quart glass bowl, combine butter, sugar, and water. Cook 10 to 12 minutes on HIGH; stirring twice. Cook to 300 degrees (hard crack stage). Stir in vanilla, mix well and pour into a jelly roll pan. Can be spread. Pour chocolate chips (or bread up chocolate candy bars) on top. Let stand 2 minutes; spread melted chocolate evenly. Cool and break into pieces.
