Turkey dinner balls--appy or meal

1lb of ground turkey
1/2 a tube of pork sausage
1/2 medium sweet onion (minced fine)
2 sticks of celery (minced fine)
2 cloves of garlice (minced)
one egg
1/2 box of stove top turkey stuffing crushed (1C crumbs)
olive oil and butter (used together)
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp flour
1/2 litre chicken stock
extra olive oil if needed for gravy

Prep. Time → 75 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. sautee celery and onions with oil/butter combination over medium heat.
add salt and pepper (couple dashes each)
once soft, add garlic and cook until soft.
put veggie mix aside until cooled slightly.

2. in large bowl mix turkey and sausage meat,
ad a couple dashes of salt and pepper to mixture.
add egg and veggie mix.
add stuffing crumbs
mix everything in the bowl together with hands until well blended.

3. Make meatballs and put on hot frying pan (med-high to medium heat).
add extra oil/butter as needed for frying balls.

4. Turn on oven to 350 degrees F.

5. as the balls brown, turn them over just for a quick browning.
When both sides are browned, move to baking sheet and continue with further batches until all the meat mixture is finished.

6. Turn heat down from 350 to 250 as putting meatballs in oven.
Put baking sheet in oven with tin foil covering balls for about 10-15 mins.

7. A pan gravy can be made with the juices/oil and some flour and using chicken stock. season to taste. the more meat fat adds flavour for the gravy.
