Ingredients for 1 cup
1 cup vodka
2 to 3 vanilla beans, split lengthwise

Directions
1. In a clean glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine vodka and vanilla beans. Seal and place in a cool, dark place for at least 2 months before use.
