2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all 1 can (12 oz.) Mexican corn 1 cup mayo or miracle whip 1 stack pack Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter

1. Drain vegetables, combine mayo in the bowl with 1 pack of Ritz crackers. Add cut up stick of butter. Mix well. Grease dish with a little butter. Pour mixture into dish and top with more crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
