Vegan Ganache of Jasmine DK Shepard - Recipefy

1 cup coconut milk
2/3 cup pure cocoa powder
3 squares of 100% baking chocolate (I used Ghiradelli cocoa powder and baking chocolate)
1 cup organic powdered sugar (or the regular kind if bone char isn't an issue)
1 tsp of cinnamon

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Pour coconut milk into a bowl
Sift in cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Whisk well to combine.

2. Over a double bowler melt squares of chocolate slowly and gently.
Add cinnamon.

3. For the Vegan Coco-Coconut Cake this is what I did:
I let the cake cool a bit (about 10 minutes) and brushed a thin layer on the cake so it could absorb it. Waited another 10 minutes and did it again. Then waited for it to cool completely and added another coating and the final coating. It took some time but it was totally worth it.
