Vegetable Spring rolls of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Spring roll wrappers-10 sheets
Carrot-1 chopped
Capsicum-1/2 chopped
Spring onion- 3-4 tblspn chopped
Mushroom-3 chopped finely
Onion-1/2 chopped
Soy sauce-1 tspn
Oil- 3-4 tblspn+ for frying
Salt
Maida-2-3 tblspn

1. Boil carrots by adding little salt.
Mix 2-3 tblpsn maida with little water to make a paste.Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion,capsicum,spring onion,mushroom .Saute till they become soft.Then add cooked carrot and soy sauce.Sprinkle little more salt,mix well and remove from fire.Filling is ready.

3. Now place 1 tblpsn filling into a wrapper and roll it tightly from one end.Tug in the sides of the roll.Then spread some maida paste on the open end of the wrapper and close the roll.

4. Heat oil in pan and fry the spring rolls on medium heat till they turn light brown on both sides.Remove from fire and serve hot.

5. Notes:you can use ready made spring roll wrappers available in markets/homemade ones.
