Waffled cornbread

2 cups of cornmeal (wholegrain)
Scant 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Combine the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk and eggs.
Quickly combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Waffle in a lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown, about two minutes.
