1 gal. apple cider or apple juice ½ gal. cranberry juice ¼ gal. tang mix or orange juice Slice one orange into 3 slices and put cloves around the slice.

1. Mix together first three ingredients then add 3 sticks cinnamon and orange slices. Bring to boil and then simmer 2 to 3 hours. Simmer long enough to get cinnamon taste in juice. Smaller portion: 1 qt. apple cider or apple juice 1 pt. cranberry juice ½ cup tang You can mix any amount; just use half as much cranberry juice as you do apple cider and ½ as much tang as cranberry juice.
