Weirdly good baked bean patties (vegetarian)
420g baked beans
1 small chopped onion
1/2 grated carrot
1/2 cup flour (I used gf flour)
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Mix all together in a blender.
2. Spoon patties sized portions of the mixture into an oiled hot pan, flatted a little with the back of the spoon and fry each side until golden brown.
3. Serve with veg or salad and topped with mayo, tartar sauce, greek yoghurt or whatever you like.
4. PS: I added a bit of s&p, paprika, cumin, dried coriander and a smidge of chilli power to give them a Mexican flavour.
