Whole grain pancakes

Ingredients for 8-10 pancakes
1 ¼ cup almond milk
2/3 cup whole oats
1/3 cup buckwheat or millet
2 TBS raw nuts
1 TBS honey or agave nectar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
½ banana (optional)
1 ½ TBS oil or butter
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 TBS flax (optional)
Directions
1. Add first 6 ingredients to blender and soak overnight.
2. In the morning, add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
3. Serving suggestions: almond butter, maple syrup, fruit, almond butter sauce
