Whole Wheat Chicken Kathi Rolls of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

For Chapathis

Wheat flour-1 cup
Salt
Warm water

For Filling

Boneless chicken - 1 cup cubed or shredded ( cooked with salt and pepper )
Carrot-2 cut into cubes and cook with salt
Beans-1/2 cup cooked with salt
Onion-1 chopped
Green chillies-2 chopped
Corinader leaves-chopped
Pepper powder-3/4 tspn
Lemon juice- 2tspn
Egg whites- of 3 eggs
Salt
Oil

1. Make a smooth and soft chapathi dough by adding enough water(Add water little by little while kneading the dough).Keep aside.

2. Beat egg whites with enough salt and 1/4 tspn pepper powder and keep aside.

3. Heat 1 tspn oil in a pan and add onion .Saute till they turn transparent.Then add other vegetables and chicken pieces.Add pepper powder and enough salt and saute for few more mints.Finally add coriander leaves lemon juice and remove from fire.

4. Divide the chapapthi dough to 6 equal balls (lemon sized ) and roll each of them to make thin circles.

5. Heat a non stick flat thava and cook the chapathi on both sides.Them pour 2 tspn egg white on upper side and spread all over the chapathi.Flip over to cook the egg white.Remove from fire.Repeat the same with all the chapathis.

6. Place some chicken filing on egg coated side of the chapathi and roll tightly.Add green chutney or chat masala to the rolls if you like.You can keep them fixed by wrapping aluminium foil.
