1 lb. storebought frozen bread dough, thawed 1/3 cup garlic infused oil 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted or olive oil 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh garlic salt, pepper to taste or seasoned salt ½ cup pieces or lumps of chevre cheese ½ cup grated parmesan cheese sesame seeds, as garnish

1. Generously spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Divide dough into small chunks to form 1 ½ inch balls and set aside. Whisk together garlic oil and butter or olive oil, parsley and garlic. Dip balls in garlic oil/butter mixture. Arrange all dough balls layering on each other in prepared loafpan. Sprinkle in between layers with salt and pepper and dot with chevre cheese and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with sesame seeds, if desired. Cover loafpan loosely with plastic wrap and let bread rise until almost doubled about 45 minutes Preheat oven to 350. Place loafpan on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake until browned and crusty looking, about 30 to 40 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes before serving. Do not slice this bread; instead serve warm and simply pull apart sections to serve.
