Grilled Pork with Sweet Spices and Flame Seedless Grapes di Schalene Dagutis - Recipefy

1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon coriander
bamboo skewers, soaked, as needed
2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed cut 1 inch by 1 inch
1/4 pound seedless red grapes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 heads of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped coarse

1. Mix spices together. Add garlic to the spice mixture, along with orange juice, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir all of these ingredients together.

2. Start by skewering a piece of pork tenderloin, which is a very tender cut of meat. Then, put a grape on the skewer, followed by another piece of meat, and continue alternating like this until all of your skewers are full.

3. Spoon the marinade on top of the skewers, and let them sit in the marinade for 20 to 30 minutes.

4. Place the skewers on the grill. Once the skewers are cooked all the way through and have some nice browning on them, turn off the heat of the grill.

5. To serve drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with Italian parsley.
