Bananas foster upside down cake

(for the caramel layer:)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 bananas, sliced about 1/2 thick

(for the cake batter:)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp
2 ripe bananas, lightly mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350*. Grease a 9'' cake pan with some non-stick spray, place it on a baking sheet and set aside.

2. 2.In a sauce pan, add butter and brown sugar. Put on stove till butter melts and brown sugar cook together.

3. 3.In a bowl, add butter, both sugars. Whisk to combine.

4. 4. Add eggs, and vanilla extract, mashed up bananas. Whisk together.

5. 5. Add flour: mix. milk; mix.

6. 6.When the carmel sauce is done, add cinnamon: and vanilla extract: mix.

7. 7. In the 9'' cake pan, pour carmel sauce in it. Cut bananas, and place on top of carmel sauce.

8. 8.Pour batter and pour on top; flatten out.

9. 9.Put on baking sheet, and put in oven 35 mins. Let cool for 5 mins.

10. 10.After 5 mins, take a pie plate or a cake stand, and flip with cake pan.

11. 11.Let cool till a half hour before serving.
