Bowties florentine recipe

3 boneless skinless chicken cutlets, thinly sliced into peices
4 clove of garlic
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated cheese
1 bag of spinach, washed and dried
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 salt and pepper to taste
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 few leaves of basil

1. 1. Get a big pot, fill with water, and sprinkling of salt, and bring to a boil.

2. 2.In a large skillet, preheating with olive oil; In a plate with the uncooked chicken, add flour; salt&pepper, toss to coat well.

3. 3.Add chicken to hot skillet; let cook 7 to 8 mins. When chicken is done, put on clean plate, and add bowties pasta to water.

4. 4.Add more olive oil, and add garlic. Let cook 30 secs. Add white wine. Stir. Let reduce by 1 min; add chicken stock. put on medium high; for 5 mins.

5. 5.Add chicken back in,add tomotes and spinach. season with salt and pepper.

6. 6.Drain pasta, and keep some of the cooking water; add heavy cream in skillet.

7. 7.Add bowties and some cooking water; stir.

8. 8.Add a few leaves of basil, and freshly grated cheese.

9. 9.Add in plate.
