1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 1 can crescent rolls 1 cup frozen hash browns 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Separate rolls and place in pizza pan. points toward the center. Pat edges together. Layer sausage, potatoes, and cheese on top of tolls. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
