1 large head of cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 medium sweet yellow pepper, finely chopped
2 carrots, grated

Dressing
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard and celery seeds in nonreactive medium saucepan.

2. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and dressing comes to boil.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Cool completely.

6. Combine cabbage, onion and green pepper in large bowl.

7. Add dressing; toss to coat.

8. Cover; refrigerate until cold, tossing occasionally, at least 2 hour. Can be made a day ahead
