Cauliflower rice of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

head of cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper to taste

1. Grate your cauliflower either by hand or using a food processor. Fry in olive oil, until cauliflower is cooked and you like the texture of it. Add salt and pepper. Feel free to add in other spices or vegetables. Use for recipes that call for cauliflower rice.

2. Pro tip - if you eat this a lot, grate extra cauliflower and keep it raw in the fridge. It will keep for 3 or 4 days.
