3 uncooked chicken cutlets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken stock
6 thin half moon slices of lemon
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 fresh chopped parsley
1 all purpose flour, for dredging
1 chopped green scallions
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 cuts of butter
1 salt and pepper

1. *this is a very lemony dish*

2. 1. Put flour on plate: season it with salt and pepper:

3. 2. Take 2 cuts of butter, and dredge in flour on both sides: set aside:

4. 3.next, dredge chicken in flour: both sides: put on plate. Wash hands if got dirty:

5. 4.In a skillet, put olive oil, and let it REALLY sizzle: put a cut of butter in skillet: let it melt.

6. 5.Put chicken in: should be nice sizzle: let cook till golden brown, medium high heat: cooked all the way through, take chicken out:

7. 6.when done, in the same pan, add scallions: cook till it caramalized: 2 to 3 mins: medium high heat: then add garlic: (30 seconds) don't want it to burn:

8. 7.Add in white wine. Let it reduce by half for a min: (want Acholic to cook out) add in chicken broth:

9. 8.Add a small cut of butter: let it cook down for 5 to 6 mins: season with salt and pepper: let cook to medium heat:

10. 9. add chicken back in: put in 2 cuts of butter that had the flour on it, from the beginning: and add in pan: (thicken the sauce)

11. 10.Add in lemon juice: (if you add it in the beginning, it can get bitter)

12. 11.Add in fresh parsley: put oven chicken. Add the slices of lemon over chicken too ^ add chicken and sauce in plate
