Chocolate custard rolls recipe

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water, 115*
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
1 egg

(for the filling:)
1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
8 oz milk chocolate, chopped in food processer

1. 1. In the cup of warm water, add sugar & yeast. Let sit for a few mins till foamy.

2. 2.In the bowl with the flour&salt, add vanilla pudding mix. Add sugar, stir. Put in standing mixer, wait for yeast to active.

3. 3.Add yeast in standing mixer, along with milk, meleted butter, and egg; mix to 4 to 6 mins, medium-low.

4. 4.In a vegetable bowl, add dough. flip dough around both sides. wrap with plastic wrap, and stick it somewhere warm; till risen. (2 hours)

5. 5.when dough is risen, put on table with flour underneath. Rectangle.

6. 6.Take vanilla pudding, and spread on dough. Top with crumbed chocolate.

7. 7.Roll it like a Jelly Roll: Cut into 16 peices, and put in pan. Cover again with plastic wrap for 45 mins.

8. 8.Put in oven 350* for 35 mins till golden brown.
